Explain in as much detail as possible why you think you were discriminated against and by whom (In other words, what happened?) Do not include specific names, just job titles. State the key dates of the incidents. State whether any employees witnessed an incident. State whether you notified anyone of any of these incidents by email or otherwise. State any instances of outright discrimination and/or how you were treated differently. For example, you may feel that certain non-minority employees or men with similar job skills and tenure were paid more money than you.
